Tummy Time
We cannot stress enough how important tummy time is for your babies development.
Tummy Time helps strengthen the muscles in your baby’s back and neck. This enables your baby to hold their head unaided and in later months helps them to roll over, sit up and eventually crawl and walk.
A mirror on the wall like the one in the picture, is a great way to activate your baby while they are laying on their tummy. Noah is having a great time checking out his reflection and has great control of his head and neck.
